As a child, I was lucky enough to live on the coast. Watching the waves come in and go out came to symbolise my life.. everything I realised, has a heartbeat, an energy, a cycle.

The sea gives an awareness of our personal insignificance while at the same time an understanding of our connectedness to everything that is - which in itself means we are significant, our actions, our thoughts & essence make a difference to the whole.  

My awareness deepened with the introduction by my grandmother to a Reflexologist. I walked into my first session age 12 and was instantly brought to a place of wonder by her few large crystals adorning her room and the treatments that this wonderful woman Sylvia was offering.  

Essential oils appeared later in my teens and my enthusiasm for their incredible benefits and wonderful aroma led me straight down the path of Aromatherapy, Herbalism and Plant Healing. Over the years I have attended specialist courses for treating a wide range of conditions alongside diploma's in Holistic herbalism & Advanced herbalism. 

Research & education is fundamental to providing support to others, so much of my time has been dedicated to this practice and still is.. everyday is another learning journey on my journey..

I became attuned to Reiki in my twenties while training as a practitioner of my other treatments & took this further to explore varying healing techniques such as EFT, spiritual healing, colour therapy etc etc this accelerated my own healing, knowledge, practice & teaching opportunities.

Holistic life is personal, political & professional.. the doors kept opening, synchronicities & fate leading the way... trusting the process & knowing in my heart that this was right for me.. 

Teaching my favourite subjects and empowering people to live healthy natural lives became my vocation.. 

Living and working holistically is an earth, people & creature friendly option.

Becoming a doula was a natural extension of my work - with personal insights of motherhood & womanhood gained, enabling me to advocate for & support mums, babies, dads & families on this beautiful & incredible journey with a grounded & practical approach.

I now run a busy naturopathic practice from home in Taverham, while attending local farmers markets to offer support to our local community. 

Over time I have attended various fayres & festivals with my apothecary & plant medicine workshops: providing help, information & education for the healing journeys of those I meet.
